Meet & Greet
To help you decide whether I’m the right fit for you, I offer a free 15-minute meet and greet. This is an informal opportunity for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if you feel comfortable moving forward together. There’s no pressure - just a chance to say hello and ask any questions you may have.
Your story matters, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In Person Counselling
Â
In person counselling offers a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and share your story in a meaningful way. Sitting together face-to-face can create a sense of connection and safety, allowing you to explore personal concerns at your own pace and in a grounded environment.
Â
Sometimes there are no words, and that’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out. I will meet you where you are at in your journy, offering a calm, compassionate space where you can reflect quietly, share what feels heavy, and feel supported and not alone.
I work alongside people navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions — including the loss of a loved one, changes in identity, health, relationships, work, or community.
Online Counselling

Online counselling offers the opportunity to access support from the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Being in your own space can help you feel more at ease, surrounded by the things that bring a sense of comfort and safety, making it easier to share your story at your own pace.
